Stay at Home Retreat Details
Location: Arrowsmith Hall, 1014 Ford Road, Coombs
Date: May 7th, 8th and 9th, 2024
Times: Tuesday and Wednesday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday -
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $140.00
This covers three lunches, your own table to work on, the use of irons and ironing boards, cutting tables, coffee, and tea.
Liability: We take your safety and the security of your belongings very seriously, but we cannot be liable for any personal injury, loss/theft, or damage at any time during the retreat. Your attendance constitutes your agreement to indemnify the Parksville Quilt House Quilters' Guild and Arrowsmith Agricultural Association from any claim for injury, loss, or damage for any reason. You are responsible for any damage to retreat property, facilities or equipment caused by you through negligence or willful intent.
Lottery Draw: Because of their popularity, Stay at Home Retreats use a lottery method to attend. Once the deadline is reached, all names are put in a box and 28 names are drawn. Four of these spots are reserved for members who have never attended an in-person Stay At Home Retreat.
Once 28 names are drawn then the remainder are drawn for a wait list.
An email is sent within two days to the successful members with the date when payment is due. Another email is send to the members on the wait list.
How to Register: Registration is closed.
The Deadline for registration is April 3rd.
Cancellation Policy:
If you would like to withdraw from the retreat, please submit written notice via email at least 5 days before the retreat begins to be eligible for a refund (less a $10.00 administration fee) We cannot offer refunds for cancellations received less that 5 days before the retreat begins. If there is a wait list, we will put you in touch with the person and you can sort out the dollars between you.
